JAX Dental Implants & Dentures

Got a procedure done here and everyone was fantastic!! I would highly recommend them for full mouth implants. The front desk staff and assistants were so friendly. The doctor was so professional, and they took care of me every step of the way. I asked the assistants how good the doctors are. They have worked at all the various dental and dental implant offices around town. They confidently told me that these are by far the most skilled and experienced doctors in the area, and they stand by it. The teeth look amazing! Their on site lab ensures that everything is super high quality. 10/10 recommend.

This is just a review of experience so far. I’ve not went for my appointment yet. However, my experience with the desk and office staff of Lulu & Leslie was excellent. They went out of the way to make me feel like a priority, getting me scheduled quickly, making me feel at ease, and answering all of my nervously asked questions. They were compassionate & kind as well as knowledgeable. My virtual visit with the Dr was excellent. He did not rush me. He took his time to talk about the procedure & calm my nerves by in detail explaining his plan of care, his experience in the procedure, and made me feel at ease that I will have a great outcome. I’m so glad I found this practice. I will post again after my visits. Thank you again to the entire staff who helped me so far.

Best dental experience I've ever had I recommend 100 %. They do excellent work. The 1st appt is no change, for consultation and the X-rays. Everyone is very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The place is very clean, They are on time and took the time to explain everything in great detail. I was unaware but so happy that sedation was already included in the quote. Recommend 100% them !!!

Like many other patients who contemplate undergoing full-arch dental implants, I spent an inordinate amount of time researching the pros and cons of the procedure; implant materials; costs; location (U.S. or “dental tourism” abroad); and, of course, the dental specialists responsible for the surgery. There are many options out there; I believe my choice of JAX Dental Implants and Dentures was the best decision for me. From my initial meeting with Dr. Russell and his team in explaining the procedure, during which all of my questions were answered with clarity, to meeting with Trey, who reviewed available financial options with me, the entire staff could not have been more communicative or professional. The facility was replete with the most modern equipment, including an on-site lab, and every employee I encountered seemed thoroughly excited to be working there. My surgery consisted of 12 extractions, being replaced with a full upper arch on six implants and three, single implants on the lower arch. Following the explicit instructions provided by JAX, my surgery and post-surgical days were uneventful, with truly minimal discomfort. By the time of my 3-month follow-up appointment, my healing was excellent; one implant angle adjustment was made to ensure my final denture would fit perfectly. One month later, I returned to be fitted with my permanent denture, where Dr. Thomas ensured the bite was perfect, and a more-permanent material was placed over the implant screws. I have now had my permanent teeth for two months, and am reminded daily of how glad I am that I moved forward with my decision to get my implants. Succinctly stated, the team at JAX is simply amazing! From the ultra-modern facility and technology; to communicating with the patient; and, most importantly, the surgical talent and artistry which is critical to implant dentistry, it is no wonder why JAX receives 5-star ratings from its patients. It certainly has earned mine!
